The Ganja Gourmet's concept is great! But, it's implementation leaves a little to be desired. Simply put, the cooking isn't great. It seems a waste to spend $20 on a plate of lasagne that doesn't taste as good as something from the supermarket's freezer aisle. Limp textures, insipid flavors and a confusion of culinary terms lead to a great disappointment. C'mon guys...that's not tepenade, it's tomato sauce.
